By The International Federation of Journalists, whose full member is TUMM, from July 1 to December 31, 2015, financed the project called “Recruitment organization in CEE”.
The project’s goal was to increase the membership of the Trade Union of Media of Montenegro and to conduct an active recruitment campaign for media employees, through media coverage in all cities of Montenegro, as well as raising the level of awareness about the importance of union engagement.
The project also provided legal assistance to media employees and increased visibility of the Union itself.
These funds were also used to redesign the SMCG web-site.
