On December 3, 2021, Trade Union of Media of Montenegro presented the first Journalists’ Safety Index.
This report refers to the situation in Montenegro in 2020, which is determined as the first (pilot) year for the development of a methodology for scoring, aggregation and calculation of the Index. In the coming years, the improvement or deterioration of the situation will be measured taking into account the estimate for 2020 as a reference.
