“Recruitment organisation in CEE 2017”

For the third year, the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), whose full member is the Trade Union of Media of Montenegro, financed the project “Recruitment organization in CEE 2017”. The goal of this project, which lasted from January 1 to December 31, 2017, is to strengthen the TUMM by strengthening the links of our organization with membership. That is why the project included a series of working visits to the media in Montenegro, an increase in the SMCG membership and raising the level of awareness about the importance of syndicalism. The project enabled the engagement of lawyers in order to provide legal assistance to our members, as well as issuing an additional number of membership cards.
