By Representatives of the Union of Employers of Montenegro (UPCG) and the Trade Union of Media of Montenegro (SMCG) held an initial meeting with the aim of initiating negotiations on a new Branch Collective Agreement for the media sector.
It was stated at the meeting that the existence of the Branch Collective Agreement is necessary for both employers and employees and that more detailed regulation of mutual relations is a common goal.
It was agreed that in the next, as soon as possible, the initial text will be submitted, which would be the basis for the concrete start of negotiations.
The meeting was attended by the President of the UPCG Predrag Mitrovic and the President of the SMCG Mariana Camovic Velickovic and their associates.
