What is digital marketing? How can it be used to popularize trade unionism among young people? Which video editing tools should be used? These are some of the questions we addressed on September 21st during a practical training session for the members of the Youth and Freelancers’ Section.
The training took place in Podgorica, with the goal of strengthening their skills in the fields of digital marketing and communication. The trainer was Aleksandar Raičević, an expert in digital media and communications.
Participants had the opportunity to explore the potential of social media as a key tool for distributing and promoting media content.
A special focus was placed on understanding the language of social media and tailoring messages to a specific target audience, which enables greater reach and better visibility of media content in the digital space.
After the introductory part, participants used tools for creating video content, one of the most popular and effective formats in digital communication.
Through concrete examples from practice, attendees learned how to use tools for video editing and production that can enhance their work and improve audience engagement.
The training included practical exercises where participants could apply the knowledge they had gained, with support from the trainer.
These activities allowed participants to test new digital strategies and techniques and receive feedback to improve their skills in real time.
