By “Journalists are still not adequately protected, but today, attacks, threats, and various forms of pressure on media workers no longer go unanswered by the relevant institutions,” said Minister of Culture and Media Tamara Vujović in a statement to Vijesti.
“To truly see change and progress, I believe we must start by showing solidarity with colleagues in our own newsrooms—because even that is often lacking—and then extend that support to fellow journalists across the media landscape,” added Marijana Camović Veličković.
